The banjo I bought ( The Viking ) is ok, a bit chunky, but ok, nice low action, and tone. The quality of the build is good. It was supposed to come with a free case. It came with a cheap bag not a case. To me a case is a hard case, a bag is a bag. The bag ripped after the the first day. I will get over it even though I feel I was mislead. However I am disappointed that McNeela did not bother to reply to my email, (with picture ) complaining about the bag. I rest my bag.
I just wish I could say, I rest my case.
