The service was excellent. I selected One Call Insurance. After a couple of weeks I received a letter stating I had an undisclosed claim. When Filling in my form, I honestly believed that the claims question related to motor cycles and the only claim I'd made was for my car which was protected. One call have
said they will charge me £54.77 for this mistake. If they can't take the extra money from my account, they will cancel my policy. I can't find an email address or phone number and the portal sends me around in circles. Unbelievable.
