Miserable. Quote was £75 approx. I made a mistake ref NCB 1 year instead of 3. Price doubled. The promised refund never happened. Some years ago because I had 3 car accidents NONE of which were my fault I became a liability. HOW THE HELL DOES HAPPEN? So I lost all my NCB through no fault of mine.
When are insurance providers going to stop using any sly underhand moved to get a few quid more out of us. I will not be insuring with your company ever again, and will warn everybody of sneaky tricks.
