I rang up today 23/3/22 around noon to report my issue of the outside sewer that is blocked, the lady on the gave 2-4hours for the engineer to arrive and inform ed of the total cost. Sure enough around 3 o'clock the engineer arrived very polite ask what the problem was, I showed him outside to the blocked sewer and within 20 minutes he had resolved the issue, he also made sure all the taps etc flushed and caused no more blockages he then got the camera down the sewer and found the issue to why it blocked, he then told me how to fix the problem so it didn't happen again. I would recommend this company to anyone they are 100% worth it with how quick they come and and got my issue sorted, I didn't catch the engineers name but want to say a massive thankyou to him.
