I was so impressed today with the service I received from absolute drainage, the engineer, arrived promptly at the time agreed, 9 am, inspected the blocked drain, then unblocked it. With a power hose, engineer was called Alan who was excellent, and did a marvellous job, not only did he examine the problem, with the drain, he also he drew a diagram of the pipes, showing exactly where the problem was, my drain had collapsed, he then cleared the drain, it may take a second visit to repair some of the collapsed pipes, which were put in wrongly, and I was so grateful that this company do pipe work as well as clearing drains, could not fault them, excellent service, very polite and considerate, also good job done and great value for money.
