BE WARNED PEOPLE!!! This shoddy firm will mess you around and try to rip you off in the process!! I purchased a toilet seat off these crooks for my elderly parents toilet thinking that it would be a quick fix...."WRONG"!!! When it eventually arrived it was the wrong part so I tried to call them and I couldn't even google a telephone number for these €@nke£$ as they are so dodgy. I eventually found a contact number on my purchase order and despite many attempts to call them all it does is rings, So forget customer support. I tried emailing them and when they could be bothered they got back to me telling me to return it at my own expense and I had to fill out a form much resemling a census form and any mistakes made which would be very easy to do then they will charge you a £10 admin fee for the joy of returning the item and praying that it reaches them undamaged all on account of THEIR MISTAKE!!!! Do yourself a favour and avoid this lowlife scummy dreadful excuse for a company like the plague! I wouldn't give them one star if it was possible to do so!!!!
