My wife sold her IphoneXS in mint condition and was offered £270.
Call this morning offering £110 because of “black dots on camera” when photographing a white background.
100% untrue. Have sent evidence over to them that this is untrue as I took a picture of a white pillow last week when organising a refund for that.
Funnily enough they are now “reviewing” but I wouldn’t touch Mazuma with a barge pole.. Unbelievably shady.
