They offer a high price only to receive your parcel and to falsely claim that my phone is damage and offer me £60 less. This is their marketing strategy as not many people would contest and offer the price. I rang up the manager to say have you seen the photos that you claim to be damaged thinking surely this was a prank. The manager was not listening to what I was saying and repeating the words I'm sorry you feel like that. When I claimed this to her, she raised her voice and we ended the call. Awful customer service.
Very unethical company.
