Same experience as many others. They deliberately overprice the phone so that they are the 'highest bidders' to incentivise people to sell to them. Once they have your phone, they will reduce the amount they will actually pay (20% in my case) in the hope that you will just accept it rather than going through the trouble of getting it back and reselling it. Even worse, preying on people who are struggling financially knowing that they will likely accept the offer as they need the money. My phone was in pristine condition with no scratches yet their reason for amending the price was due to it having 'more than 5 scratches'... utter rubbish! Do yourself a favour and sell your phone to other more reputable companies that won't try scamming you out of money. I wish I'd listened to other reviews and changed my mind before using Mazuma Mobile. Avoid at all costs!!
