Mazuma claimed that there were numerous scratches on the screen and reduced the price quoted by £60. I had checked the screen carefully and there were no scratches. I didn’t accept their revised quote and asked for the phone to be sent back. I was then told it would be 3 to 5 working days before it was dispatched. A very unhappy teenage child here now!
I will never deal with Mazuma again.
