Mazuma sold me an iPhone 13, that was either lost or stolen. It has taken them nearly a month to refund me. This is with me having to regularly chase them up. I was never allowed to speak to someone at Mazuma about this, but had to add delay by going via Amazon. When I tried to speak to someone, I was made to feel that it was my fault, I never received an apology! They need more a robust system to prevent this happening again I would not recommend using this company.
