The order was placed on a Friday for next day delivery (Monday). On the Thursday our items had still not arrived. I was informed over the phone that there was an issue with the payment card. Why customer services do not phone and let you know is unbelievable.
I will not use this company again as I have gone elsewhere and found better service.
