Ordered the goods on 25 Aug and was pleased to receive confirmation on the 26 Aug that the goods had been dispatched.
However, having not received the item by the 1st Sept I phoned you customer service department and after some investigation was informed that the goods had been damaged in transit.
I was then assured that the item would be delivered to me on the 2nd Sept (next day delivery), no goods were received nor was any confirmation issued by your department that they were being redelivered.
It is now 3rd Sept and your customer department is closed leaving me totally unaware of what is happening to my order!
Not what I would call good service. Dire is the word I would use.
