Placing the order online was smooth.
Unfortunately after that it all went wrong. Did not receive all the goods ordered. Chased them up, got no feedback at all.
Sent e-mail with full details, got no reply at all not even an acknowledgment!
Called again days later to finally get a satisfactory result when the missing goods arrived.
Next time customers complain please make sure you follow it up and give feedback...don't leave them in the dark.
Room for improvement I think.
You may have lost a loyal customer over this mess.
