My item was dispatched 19 mins after placing the order. Never had that ever! Was well packed, item was as described and I even got a money off voucher included in my delivery. I really don't understand where all these negative reviews are coming from on trust pilot. Almost 60% are saying great service and even if something goes wrong they easily fix it no problem, so really don't know where all the negativity is coming from. My experience was brilliant and I'll definitely buy from them again.
