Only 3 stars because I had to initiate contact about the delay in receiving the plug plants, rather than meadowmania keeping me informed. I did not mind waiting but a quick message would have been useful. The product itself were micro plugs rather than full plugs and needed some care before planting out. Again, not an issue but better communication on size would lessen expectation. All alive and well now though, so happy ending!
