Third review of a single order. My overall experience -ORDERING -placing order was easy, great website and easy payment options. DELIVERY- poor, incorrect lead times for delivery were given (took 17 +1 rather than 7 days) and no dispatch notice was emailed. CUSTOMER SERVICE- average, quick to respond to enquiries although required a follow up enquiry as still hadn’t received product or despatch email. GOODS - well packaged, good quality, healthy ‘in the green’ bulbs despite an extra day in transit as I wasn’t in for delivery (was not expecting as no delivery notice). OVERALL EXPERIENCE- satisfied as would buy again and hope this delayed delivery was a one off!
