It took weeks for the plug plants to arrive by which time it was too late to plant them out. Having to keep them alive in pots until the autumn is time-consuming. I was told the delay was due to the long cold spring?
They did reply to my emails promptly when I asked where the plugs were although they didn't get dispatched when they said they would which resulted in another follow up email from me.
The plugs themselves when they did finally arrive were in good condition and well packaged.
