My Samsung TV developed a problem after a few weeks. Samsung quickly established that there was fault and I was informed that I would be contacted by Martin Dawes to rectify the problem. I was contacted by Claire from MD within hours and she arranged for my TV to be picked up 3 days later. It was picked up, as scheduled. 3 days later I spoke to Claire who told me it needed a new screen, which had been ordered. MD received the new screen and re-assembled my TV 2 days later. It was delivered to me shortly before Christmas , as Claire had assured me that they would try to do. MD have been excellent and the two personnel, John (1) who picked up and John (2) who delivered my TV. Claire, to whom I spoke a number of times, has also been superb.
