I used their online site but rung their customer service department for an update on delivery. Both girls were so helpful, accommodating and friendly. As promised , I received an email of the expected delivery time which was accurate. The driver too was super helpful when unloading the 5 pallets of flags. Although the builders have not unpacked them yet the whole experience was simple and ran like clockwork with the added bonus of saving £400 by buying direct. I have no hesitation in recommending Marshalls
