You asked me how did you do. Well not very well. I ordered the yarn on the 6th feb and you sent an email almost immediately stating that my order was ready for Hermes to deliver. You said to wait 10 working days as Hermes could have a backlog. I patiently waited 10 working days with no parcel, I rang the number you gave me yesterday (19 feb) and was told that the parcel was lost but the wool will be re-sent. However part of the order (1 ball of school grey) was now out of stock so I would have to re-order this at a later day. I explained that this was ok but asked to confirm that I would not have to pay delivery on this as it was part of a bigger order with no delivery charge. The lady on the phone said no that I would have to pay delivery. This is ridiculous as that one ball plus delivery would make the wool much more expensive. I said I was not happy and I doubt that I would use Marriner again. Her reply was ok!!! I order online quite a lot and normally (eg Next) will pay the delivery on all the goods in the order, even if they have to deliver part of the order later when stock comes in, when they have failed to deliver the original order. I am not answering the rest of this survey
