A few weeks ago I made an appointment to visit Marloe HQ at Sonning Common near Henley. Oliver kindly produced coffee and demonstrated their range of watches, confirming my original view (from browsing the Marloe website) that the deep blue Coniston Auto - CN7, with the Cognac brown leather strap, was the one. The watch is even more beautiful in real life than it appears on the website, with a real clarity and depth to the design. I chose a registration number from those remaining unsold, and after a few minutes further chat the watch appeared, boxed and bagged and ready to go. After wearing it for a couple of weeks now its visual appeal is undiminished. It is very sturdy and extremely well finished, and its timekeeping is well within specification. Moreover, for such a high-end product it seems to provide remarkably good value for money. So overall, extremely happy with both the watch and the people at Marloe.
