We needed our annual service carried out but was unable to get the bikes to the shop. For a small fee e bikes came to our house and collected the bikes and then delivered them back when the service was completed. They asked if we were having any issues and duly noted these.
Within a week we were being contacted to arrange a date for them to deliver our bikes. An amazing service and our e bikes are good to go again for another year - thank you for a wonderful service at a reasonable price
