Joel was fantastic! He was not pushy, he gave me plenty of clear information and was so very nice to speak to on the phone! I was worried I would feel pressured into taking out the cover but I was wrong!, he provided me with all the relevant information and answered all my questions too. A real delight to speak to someone so personable, friendly and knowledgeable in the product.
