These are real people who know what they're doing!
The price of my fire was excellent and they delivered ahead of the date they gave- clearly they'd been chasing it up from the supplier.
In the event my installation was delayed due to building issues.
I had a mounting frame which I didn't need and they accepted the frame return long after most suppliers wouldn't.
I get the impression they're a really customer oriented firm.
And this comes from somebody who could double fro Victor Meldrew!
