Really helpful in the Kenilworth shop with lots of examples of fires and fire places to “touch and feel”. Product knowledge is also very good. The design service was also very flexible when we wanted to change sizes etc. The delivery was dead on time and especially the installation service. Really professional and so neat and tidy. The overall finish was amazing. We cannot praise them enough.
