There was a really good range of fires and fireplaces in store and we appreciated the way the knowledgeable staff gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful, from showroom to installation. We also liked the fact that there was no pressure put on us to buy at any point- but we did! Measuring up and installation was well-organised, with minimal disruption and we are delighted with our snazzy gas fire and limestone fireplace!
