At the beginning - The customer service was dreadful. The lack of contact brought on frustration leaving me aggravated and feeling ripped off.
In the end - the bike arrived after 9 weeks and I’m super pleased with it. Build quality is good, package was secured really well and it rides great.
Be patient when ordering and you’ll get a great quality bike at a good price.
