Disappointing customer service throughout the buying experience
To top it off, I was then ignored on all platforms after receiving a bike that was incorrectly put together using the wrong parts!! I had to take the bike to Evan's cycles and pay for the correct part myself. Mango continue to ignore me after I have raised this issue to them.
Piss poor effort overall - would not recommend
