I am not impressed with mango bikes.
I ordered a few items and when my package arrived it was minus one item and another item had chipped paintwork.
When I contacted you about the missing item, I was told it would follow soon as you didn't have it in stock. I feel like we should have been contacted about that instead of having to contact you.
I emailed a few more times looking to see if the item had been sent on and was ignored.
I feel as if your company spends too much time trying to be cool and write funny emails and sending packets of Haribo when you could be spending time on customer care.
More than likely won't shop through you again and sure you know how far a bad review goes through fellow consumers.
