I wanted to buy a replacement chain for my Mango recently, but couldn't find anything on the website.
After 2 days of calling and trying the online chat facility, finally got through online to be told that chains were for sale and that the online situation would be rectified.
This was 2 weeks ago - just checked on their site and still no chains.
On my third saddle - first one snapped mid-ride!
Original tyres did not last long either.
My wife was looking at a Mango but after the recent (lack of) support, she's looking elsewhere.
