I placed my order and as part of the promotion was told I would also receive an additional cover free of charge. As of today, and despite contacting the company about this item, I've not received it. Had I known it was not going to be sent I would have changed the color of the initial item. Additionally, I was also told I would have the option to pay for my purchase in installment before shipping. Not so much, instead I received an email nearly demanding the entire payment.Finally despite the fact, that some of the reviews I've read indicated customers having issues with the delivery company, all of my issues have been with the company directly and lack of timely response. Definitely did not recommend to a friend who asked and would not to others either based on this experience.
