’ve placed two separate orders with Majestic, and they have managed to screw them both up. Paid extra for nominated delivery and didn’t get it on the nominated day on both occasions.
On the latest order they substituted a bottle of Bollinger for a cheap bottle of of Zinfandel. Call centre told me they wouldn’t send one bottle out! Offered a refund or I could drive across town to the local store. Oh good. Well done Majestic 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
