I placed an order for a baby shower gift, order came quickly and was kept updated on delivery, when item arrived it was the wrong product I emailed and was dealt with quickly by Charlotte who step by step explained what I needed to do to return my item I then didn't want to reorder for the same thing to happen so it went through as an exchange, really good customer service from an online business, Will order again
