The person I spoke to at Fragilistics was super nice also.
The only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is because I got an email one evening telling me my delivery would be the next day between 7am and 9pm. I rushed to organise working from home and being in all day, only to be informed the following afternoon(after I phoned them) that it wouldn't actually be delivered for another 2 days! Really annoying!
