I ordered three things, two of which arrived no problems but one Christmas decoration was barely wrapped in
Paper so obviously smashed on route to me. When I asked for a replacement I was told that wasn’t possible and instead received a refund. Disappointed as this was a Christmas present, but happy with the other two purchases.
