I spent two hours in the shop with Dominic and Mark, just discussing magic. There was no pressure to buy anything, in fact Dominic spent some time explaining a move for me, and even videod it for me on my phone.
I would definitely call in for a visit if I am in the area again.
As regards service .I have purchased many items from MOM in the past, and always recieved great service.
