I've had enamel pins made by a few different manufactures and with other manufactures, I get maybe 50%-70% of the batch at Standard Grade and the rest a mix of B/C grade.
The Made by Cooper pins I ordered ended up being almost entirely perfectly with 95-98% of the batch at Standard Grade! And even the few that were B grade were minor issues.
