The hard enamel pins I had ordered were of fantastic quality! Every pin in the batch was absolutely perfect, and I couldn't be happier. My only critique would be that the process was a bit slow, especially when receiving a digital proof to approve..I felt like that process could have been sped up just a little bit. But once I received the proof, I felt the communication between asking for revisions and approving the proof was done at a great pace. Thank you so much, Made By Cooper team! I'm looking forward to continuing to work with you guys on future products I'd like produced!
