Made by Cooper makes a truly high end product. Their ordering process is easy, all I have to do is design my pin and they bring that design to life. Their proof is always as close to my original design as possible, any changes they've made they position why and provide a great counter solution. For a while, the US based store wasn't working so I had to email for pin orders. One order got a little lost in the shuffle, but they've since helped me quickly. I appreciate it. I'd love for them to be able to make smaller than 10mm pins in the future, right now they are my only pin producer, and I'd like to keep it that way.
