Communication was among the poorest I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Replies were few and far between.
Wasn't able to complete my order by the already shockingly long expected ship date.
There is no incentive to return to made by cooper for repeat business. We've found a manufacturer that is responsive, affordable, reliable. Quicker, and with a better quality product.
