Purchased sympathy flowers for same day delivery and the driver left them behind. I was emailed the morning after with an apology and was given the option of a refund or delivery on that day and the company offered to explain that the mishap was on their behalf. Overall I’m happy with the level of professionalism shown by email and by phone when I called later to confirm delivery. Flowers were beautiful
