The flowers I ordered were for the 90th birthday a friend to be delivered on the 17th March I was aware that it was a bank holiday but the order was accepted and confirmed so I had no indication that the delivery could not be made on the 17th untill it didn't arrive. The delivery arrived on the 18th the lady willnever be 90 again and I did call and did recieve an apology I remain very disappointed
