What a shambles, especially customer services. Used Lyco for over 20 years and always respected the products and service, what has happened? Reading other reviews seems I am not alone but thats what the customer services manager accused me of, in a horrid e mail, saying I was not understanding of the present situation in the UK, she has no idea of my situation and I would not stoop that low to excuse anything let alone what has been a shambles to order a few items, over 35 emails so far, certainly not worth the effort to then get abuse from what is supposed to be the manager. Charles Barnett would not be best pleased to know what is happening.
Best avoid Lyco group and other companies until they can rebuild the team to the standard they used to have, bring back Laura!!
