After confirming the order, despatch information was too slow took 6 days to let me know when to expect delivery. On the deliery date DPD dropped 'not in card' to another property despite me waiting for it all day as they kept changing deliery times.
Good thing was when I contated the customer service they were helpful to turn the driver around to re-deliver.
