so today I lost my sim card and called them up. I had to call them 5/6 time and wait for about 30mins and more. Then this lady called Mary picked up and she made us wait for about 15 mins. then she just hung up, this is a total bullshit. and while you wait, the service keeps saying "your call is important to us so hold etc". Well, really? DO NOT GET LYCAMOBILE. ONE DAY OR ANOTHER YOU WILL FACE A PROBLEM CUZ OF IT. AND THE CUSTOMER CARE WILL JUST TELL YOU TO WAIT AND HANG UP. BUNCH OF LIARS
