Everything leading up to door delivery was good. Sadly, Royal Mail's system was poor. We waited in all day, relying on their tracking ( very scant) information and finally had to go shopping. Naturally, the item arrived whist we were out but it was 24 hours before we could identify where the item had gone to, and being a Friday another 24 hours to identify that we would not receive the item until Monday. Yet another wait on Monday in the hope of it arriving.
Royal Mail system is very antiquated and should be hoofed ou, all good couriers now give real time information to the point of delivery.
So, 'good' overall but a miserly 2/10 for delivery.
