Excellent customer service the shoes i ordered are really comfy it is my second pair of that particular style, i ordered them in gunmetal unfortunately the colour was out of stock and the website had not updated but all was sorted soon, i was offered a different colour with a discount or a full refund because they are so comfy i went for a different colour. I have other lunar shoes and boots and find they all really comfy.
