Avoid purchasing if you have a problem, i purchased two pairs of slippers for my wife as she had these slippers before, this time though both developed faults (excessive wear) on soles and on upper material, both of which Luna thought acceptable after owning these slippers for less than THREE MONTHS - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
