Having been a customer for years online and in store I had to return a pair of faulty slippers. Delivery charges were not refunded lunar told me they were not faulty, they were. Be very careful when returning faulty goods and take photos of faults as proof. If not you will find that cs is very protective of the delivery charges even though it was only £1.99. So be aware
